给定一个边长a 的n边多边形。任务是找到多边形的圆的面积。
例子:

Input: n = 10, a = 3
Output: 1.99737

Input: n = 5, a = 6
Output: 3.02487

方法:一个规则的n边形将圆分成n块,所以三角形的中心角是一个完整的圆除以n : 360 deg/n
