给定一棵二叉树,按级别顺序遍历打印偶数级别的偶数定位节点。根被认为是在级别0处,而任何级别的最左边的节点都被认为是位置0处的节点。

例子:

Input:
         1
       /   \
      2     3
    /   \     \
   4     5      6
        /  \
       7    8
      /      \
     9        10

Output: 1 4 6 9

Input:
      2
    /   \
   4     15
  /     /
 45   17

Output: 2 45

方法:要逐级打印节点,请使用级顺序遍历。这个想法是基于逐行遍历打印级别顺序的。为此,逐级遍历节点并在每个级别之后切换偶数级别标志。同样,将每个级别的第一个节点标记为偶数位置,并在每次处理下一个节点后将其切换。
