numpy.core.defchararray.encode(arr, encoding) ：这个 nuympy函数根据指定的编解码器对字符串（对象）进行编码。

Parameters:
arr : array-like or string.
encoding : [str] Name of encoding being followed.
error : Specifying how to handle error.

Returns : Encoded string
