给定一个正数“N”,任务是找出“N”是否平衡。如果“N”是平衡数,则输出“YES”,否则输出“NO”。

例子:

Input: N = 1234567890
Output: YES
The frequencies of all the digits are same.
i.e. every digit appears same number of times.

Input: N = 1337
Output: NO
