给定一个数字 N，任务是使用命令行参数检查 N 是否是质数。

例子：

Input: N = 7
Output: Yes

Input: N = 15
Output: No

方法：

• 由于数字是作为命令行参数输入的，因此不需要专用的输入行
• 从命令行参数中提取输入数字
• 这个提取的数字将是字符串类型。
• 将此数字转换为整数类型并将其存储在变量中，例如 N
• 现在使用变量 i 遍历从 2 到 N/2+1 的数字。
  在每次迭代中，
  • 检查我是否完全除以 N（即它是否是 N 的因数）。
  • 如果是，则 N 不是素数。
  • 如果不是，则 N 是素数。
• 循环结束后，发现 N 是否为素数。

注意：请注意，在这种情况下不会选中 1，因为 1 既不是质数也不是合数。
