1. 销售:
销售是指创造产品并将其销售给客户。它围绕卖家的需求和兴趣展开。它只是营销过程的一个组成部分,因为它的唯一重点是先制造产品,然后将其销售给客户,并且以销量为导向,不太关心客户的满意度。它将客户视为业务中的最后一个环节。销售旨在将产品转换为现金。销售是主要动机,它更以公司内部为导向。它基于由内而外的观点。

2. 营销:
营销是指寻找人/客户的需求并满足他们。它围绕着消费者的需求和兴趣。它是一个更广泛的术语,包括一系列活动,例如首先确定市场、客户的需求、满足客户需求的产品开发、确定价格,然后将产品销售给客户。它将客户视为业务的真正目的。营销旨在将客户需求转化为产品。在营销中,顾客满意是首要动机,它更以外部市场为导向。它基于由外而内的观点。

销售和营销的区别:
