1.销售:
销售是指创建产品并将其出售给客户。它围绕卖方的需求和利益。它仅是营销过程中不可或缺的一部分,因为它的唯一重点是首先制造产品,然后再将其出售给客户,并且销售量导向的客户关注程度并不大。它将客户视为业务中的最后一个环节。销售旨在将产品转化为现金。出售中的主要动机是出售,它更面向公司内部。它基于“由内而外”的观点。

2.营销:
营销是指找到人们/客户的需求并填补他们。它围绕消费者的需求和利益。它是一个更广泛的术语,由许多活动组成,例如首先确定市场,满足客户需求,开发满足客户需求的产品,确定价格然后将产品出售给客户。它把客户视为业务的真正目的。营销旨在将客户需求转化为产品。在营销中,客户满意度是主要动机,并且它更面向外部市场。它基于从里到外的角度。

销售和营销之间的区别:
