Process 1:
Select all the text on the page
Choose Review > Language > Set Proofing Language 
Choose the language (Choose one you don't have on your machine Somali, etc.)
Close the Proofing Language Sidebar

Process 2:
select the text with the lines under it.
click the "change language" option.
search for Somali
click it
