From the main menu, go to File | Project Structure (CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+S on Windows/Linux,
 ⌘+; on Mac OS X) and select the Modules section.
Switch to the Dependencies tab and click +
 at the bottom of the dialog.
Select a library or a directory that you
want to add, hit Apply and/or OK.
