给定嵌套列表，任务是删除该嵌套列表中的所有重复和排列。

Input:  [[-11, 0, 11], [-11, 11, 0], [-11, 0, 11], 
         [-11, 2, -11], [-11, 2, -11], [-11, -11, 2]]
Output:  {(-11, 0, 11), (-11, -11, 2)}

Input:  [[-1, 5, 3], [3, 5, 0], [-1, 5, 3], 
         [1, 3, 5], [-1, 3, 5], [5, -1, 3]]
Output:  {(1, 3, 5), (0, 3, 5), (-1, 3, 5)}
