猜一个范围内的随机数的Java程序

编写一个程序,生成一个随机数,并要求用户猜数字是什么。如果用户的猜测值高于随机数,程序应显示Too high, try again 。如果用户的猜测值低于随机数,程序应显示Too low, try again 。程序应该使用一个循环,直到用户正确猜出随机数为止。

Input: 15 (a random value that is not known before)
