1- node uninstall and install latest version
2- run command in main directory and project 
  npm config set registry http://registry.npmjs.org


3-  Run THis Command in project directoy or main directory
   npm -g install npm
   npm cache clean -f
   
4- again install npm i in project directory
    npm install -g n

5- again install package
