This happens when you are using Keys (Site & Secret) from a version of 
Google reCaptcha that is not supported by your website. Most likely because
the extension/plugin that is being used is out of date.

To fix this, try setting up a new Google reCaptcha V2 site profile 
and use the new "Site & Secret Keys" to reconfigure your
extension/plugin settings.
