SOLUTION
1. Access and log into the OAM Console
2.  Navigate to the WebGate in question and add the followings in the User Defined Parameters:

  miscCookies=Secure
  ProxySSLHeaderVar=IS_SSL
  OAMJSessionID=Secure
  ssoCookie=Secure
