1.局域网(LAN)：
LAN代表局域网是一组允许连接的设备之间进行通信的网络设备。私有拥有权控制的是局域网，而不是公共的。与城域网和广域网相比，局域网的传播延迟短。它涵盖了最小的区域，例如：学院，学校医院等。
2.校园网(CAN)：
校园局域网(CAN)是在有限的地理区域(如学校校园，大学校园，军事基地或组织校园和公司建筑物等)中的一组互连局域网(LAN)。校园域网络大于局域网但比城域网(MAN)和广域网(WAN)小。
